By using the application OneWidget, you understand and accept the terms and conditions (Terms of Use).
1.1. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your User Account.
1.2. You may not use OneWidget for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International Users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
1.3. You may not copy, create derivative works of, or modify another application to falsely imply that it is associated with OneWidget.
1.4. You may not interfere with or disrupt OneWidget or the servers or networks connected to OneWidget, such as by distributing worms, viruses, or any destructive code that is subject to local, state, national, or international laws.
1.5. You may not knowingly or unknowingly violate any local, state, national or international law while using OneWidget.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your OneWidget account.
2.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the OneWidget service for any reason without notice.
2.2. We reserve the right to change or modify these User Terms at our sole discretion by posting changes on OneWidget. Your continued use of OneWidget constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications, and what constitutes a "material change" will be determined by us in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment in our sole discretion.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse to provide the Services to anyone for any reason in our reasonable discretion.
3.1. We offer in-app purchases in OneWidget, with the option of weekly and annual subscriptions.
3.2. Payment will be collected via the payment method you use when confirming your purchase (Paypal/Credit Card/iTunes/Google Play)
3.3. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless they are closed at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
3.4. We reserve the right to modify or adjust the pricing model for current and future use of our services at any time at our sole discretion.
4.1. Premium, due to its virtual nature, is consumed upon purchase. Therefore, no refunds are possible.
4.2. Partial refunds will be made if they are refundable in accordance with the law or as determined by OneWidget.
4.2.1. We are not entitled to refunds for in-app purchases made through the App Store. The only way to receive a refund for such purchases is to contact Apple.
4.2.2. Please note that in-app purchases made through the APP Store may automatically renew your subscription to the service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. The user is solely responsible for cancelling subsequent renewals in the relevant APP Marketplace.
All resources including images text are protected by trademark and copyright. Any use of said resources without permission is illegal. All right, title and interest in OneWidget (excluding content provided by the user) is and will remain the exclusive property of OneWidget and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and laws of all available countries. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use the OneWidget name or any OneWidget trademarks, logos, domain names, images, video, audio and text, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding OneWidget are entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit, without any obligation to you.
